vlzaccaria:  I used an excel sheet, and created my own. Column A had the time(s) (sometimes noted at 15-minute incriments!), column B had the what is going on, and Column C had the who needed to be there! I can give you a rundown here, in hopes it helps:

First section was pre-ceremony for the girls, and in that timeline (530am – 11:30am) I had included each girls approximate timeslot for their hair and make-up, which I offered on site, and we needed a solid rotation (there were 9 total, including myself that needed applications).  8:30am – photog arrives for our getting ready pics.  10:15am I had my MOH’s get dressed.  10:30am – photog returns, BMs get dressed, and Bride dresses.  10:50am – my ‘reveal’ to the bridesmaids, and my dad arrives.  11:00am – Father/daughter reveal.  11:15am – load limo to church.

Second section was the pre-ceremony for the men.  All arrive at house at 8:30am to eat breakfast.  9:30am photog arrives/men get dressed.  10:00am – GM’s load the limo with the beer/food.  10:15am – depart for Chuch. (we used the same limo, which had to get them there, and circle back and get us there)

Third section was the Ceremony.  11:00am – florists arrive to pin bouts on GM’s/groom, and immediate family.  11:30am – anyone involved with Mass arrive to Church.  11:45am – GM’s usher in guests, bride arrives thru the back, and gals flowers are dispersed.  12:00pm – Mass.

Fourth section was formal photos.  1:00pm-2:00pm – family formals (with the order the went in, and where they needed to go).  2pm – 5:00pm (bridal party loads limo for formals in City/stop at a bar to unwind).

Final section was Reception.  5:30pm – bridal party arrives, bride and groom receive guests.  6:15pm – bridal party entrance.  6:30pm – cut the cake.  6:45pm – toasts/salad pass.  7:15pm – dinner is served.  7:45pm – first dance (bride and groom), father/daughter dance, and mother/son dance.  8pm – dance floor opens thru 11pm.

I emailed everyone involved 3 weeks beforehand, and I am happy to say that my timeline was pretty spot on, as far as alloting time for what was needed, and never being ‘behind’.

I know your day is probably completely different as far as starting times go, but the overall flow worked out!!
