OK, I posted this way late last night and no one saw it. Trying again!
We had an hour between the ceremony and reception for photos. Your photographer could probably tell you how long these photos usually take for them!
We had "first look" photos, as well as wedding party and immediate family photos done before the ceremony. That took about an hour for everything. Then at the venue, and before guests arrived, DH and I took some more bride & groom portraits for about 15 minutes. After the ceremony, we had extended family/friends portraits done which took about 30 minutes.

I'm trying to work backwards right now and figure out our timeline for the day. We are doing all the informal and formal portraits before the ceremony since it's an evening wedding, but I have no idea how long pictures with your FI and pictures with the bridal party take!
How long did you spend/are you planning on spending on just couple portraits? How long for fun pictures with the wedding party? We're going to an outdoor location first, then doing the posed church shots, and I'm trying to figure out when we should show up!
