I have really small feet, too, and I hate trying to find nice shoes! It is really hard, unless you shop in kids' sizes like littlelady said. I don't know if you really wanted designed shoes, but I have found the most luck from big chain stores like Payless. My shoes weren't anything fancy, but they did the job and looked fine. Also, Target seems to usually have a good selection of small shoe sizes. Plus their shoes are pretty cute. :) You can also check on their website because they list a lot more styles, colors, and sizes online than what they have in the store.
Glint - a Nordstrom brand carries sizes 4 and up in women's shoes (mine are 4.5). Check them out!

You can also find the Glint brand on Zappos.
oh thanks bees! I know i stalk Nordies and the Rack every week just so i can make sure i get the ONE 4.5 that they will carry in that perfect shoe!
Erindesmar, i didn't know Glint carried 4.5's! thanks!
Depending on the shoe, I'm a 5 or slightly smaller-- and as the heel height goes up, I need a smaller shoe. I end up looking at a lot of slingbacks, since you can adjust them slightly smaller with the buckle (Aldo and Naturalizer are a couple of my work pairs), or get a tighter piece of elastic put in to make the back more snug. Good luck in your search!
As Erindesmar pointed out you should check out Zappos.com You can limit your search results to a certain size. They have a couple Stuart Weitzman shoes there for under $400, like these for example http://www.zappos.com/product/7524825/color/15638 Another thing to consider is you could buy a simpler shoe if that's all you can find and add your own bling to it. I know I've seen a few posts somewhere on here where people buy shoe clips or even a broach and attach it to the shoe. Good luck!

I've spent the past three weeks looking for the perfect shoe (this is actually more time then I spent dress shopping) because I can't find size 4.5 to 5 shoes! and I live in Los Angeles/Orange County which has ALL the designer brands and all the department stores you can think of! But good luck finding size 5 and under for under $400! I think I have tried on about 50 pairs that are either too big (size 5's a little big) or would blow my budget! Anyone else have a difficult size? What did you end up doing? Does anyone have any suggestions for a 3 inch heel height maybe white or silver or even gold that has a little bling? My dress fitting is this coming weekend and I'm getting desperate!
