I was 181.3 and now I’m a 177 even! I’ve stopped drinking soda, stopped eating 3 hours before bed, eat most of my calories in the morning/afternoon and have NOT gone out to eat at all in 1 1/2 weeks. I used to eat subway every day for lunch, as well as other less then healthy places.
159 here I come!!!

Woohoo! Congrats! You get it girl! I have not worked out in 3 weeks and need to get back on the ball…trying to get to 150 for the wedding. We can do it!
