Its been two weeks, clothes are fitting looser, my face has revealed those sky high cheekbones I thought were lost long ago, my skin is dewy and beautiful, my knees don’t actually hurt when I go up stairs and one of my co-workers looked at me this morning, turned her head to the side and said, “Wow Nona…you are shrinking!”

@Toronto2014: Mr. 99 and I are eating so very clean that our dinner plates squeak, and I go to the Pilates studio three times a week, I do one low chair class, one reformer class and one mat & pole…the other three days I’m either walking or doing pilates at the house with resistance training….so its nice to see results in such a short time!

@MrsPanda99: We’re doing the State of Slim book…its not really a diet, well, it is in the beginning, but it just changes the way you eat and look at food. The thing I like best about it, is you can pick any sort of exercise you want, you just have to do it six times a week, and since I noticed a Pilates studio that opened near my office, it all kind of worked out…I dig it!
