I really like that idea! I've already done mine, but still...
That's fabulous! Saves lots of money! Probably good to practice a bit first before trying it on your real envelopes too.
my best friend's sister did this slightly differently, though her method will only work with light envelopes. she printed the names and addresses in a heavy font onto another piece of paper, then slipped the paper into the envelope. she could see the printing through the envelope. that way i guess, if you aren't so good at following lines it won't be obvious because the printing isn't there on the envelope when you're done.

This was posted on Design*Sponge today. I think it's a great idea for getting fancy lettering on your invites without learning or paying for calligraphy - and still keeping them handwritten.

Basically, you print the addresses in a subtle color - then retrace with a pen! Why didn't I think of that??
