Are they the owner of their company? If so, I'd tip a little bit less, as they will be getting the majority of the money that you're paying. If they work for the company that is providing you with hair and make up, I'd say 20%, depending on how happy you were.
as a professional hairstylist/makeup artist myself, i would say yes. 20% is perfectly acceptable. most likely, the cost for them to travel is included in the price they are charging.
