I am going to have my makeup trial tomorrow. Did all of you tip then or at the wedding? Or both?
Also, I bought a living social deal for a bourdoir shoot that I’m doing tomorrow. Are you supposed to tip for that too? Thanks bees!

You can tip them if you would like.

I would definitely tip – probably about 15 percent if you can afford it.

I think tipping (if you have it) should be expected, especially if she does a good job.

Yes, you should tip for both. For your makeup trial, you should tip 15-20%. For photography, I was under the impression that 10-20% is reasonable (based on regular price not what you paid on Groupon).

Wow, I’ve never heard of tipping for photography… is that standard?

I heard that if they own their own buisness you don’t tip. Is that correct? I tipped both for my wedding even though I used people who own their own buisness. I was just so pleased I had to. I will say though, I didn’t tip my hair and make up person until the day of. Not for the trial. IDK if that was right or not? I gave her a big tip though so I’m sure she was okay waiting.
