I have had bartenders decline and tell me not to worry about it--everything has been covered at events in the past. Maybe ask your venue if their bartenders are asked to decline tips, or if they have a way to communicate this to guests. Otherwise you could put up a sign with some kind of cute saying--sort of the opposite of "tipping is not just a city in china." Not sure what it should say...
Complimentary Drinks--Please "tip" your bartender with a smile and a thank you--we've already got it covered!

OK, so our venue is charging us a 20% gratuity for bartenders. Im fine with that and have already told my venue that I dont want tip jars out on the bar because I dont want our guests to have to worry about it, especially if we are paying for gratuity anyways.
I know that when FI and I go to a wedding, we end up tipping the bartender every time we go up to the bar. How can I let our guests know that they dont need to worry about tipping anyone during our wedding. Would it be completely weird to write it somewhere on our welcome packages? Help!!! :D
