Etiquette wise you only have to tip vendors that do not own their business’. This lady runs her own business so no tip, as she will make all of the profits from the original deal anyways, however if you hire a large DJ company and one of their employees does the wedding, you should tip him. Does this make sense?

I’m wondering the same kind of thing. We’re working directly with the owner of a company so I’m not really sure if we tip her either.

Hi ladies!

I’m a florist myself, and I can tell you that (while you are certainly welcome to) you don’t need to tip. The average upcharge for just the labor is 40%, so tipping is really unnecessary.
