Mimosa.  One or two.  Practice your face in the mirror or look at faces on the internet.

As a photographer, I disagree with the alcohal.  If you consume too much it will show in your eyes, and sometimes it reddens the skin.  To each, their own though.

Good music…. music that makes you feel sexy.  Focus on the music and forget about the person in the room with you.

Practice your faces in the mirror so you know what each look feels like when you’re in front of the camera.  Listen to your photographer – they will know the best positions for you, even though they might be uncomfortable or awkward, the pictures will come out awesome.

I agree with the alcohol, but know your limits! After a few drinks, I get really red and super tired. Music is a great mood-maker!

This tip really isn’t to make it less awkward or anything, but don’t wear tight fitting clothes for a while before hand (underwear, socks, pants..etc) Sometimes the band of those items will make dents in your skin and take foreverrrrrr to leave, haha.

But most importantly, have FUN! I can’t wait to do mine 🙂

Also, don’t forget to slather lotion alllllll over your body beforehand. It moisturizes and makes skin look awesome!

I totally second practicing your “sexy face” especially your eyes! Those make a huge difference in your pictures.
