@eecuadrado:  I tried everything and it all worked for like a day per trick.  I tried sea bands, awesome for a day and them useless.  I tried chewing fresh ginger, awesome for a day and then it didn’t work.  I tried eating aorund the clock but I still kept throwing up constantly.  Eventually I was so sick and had lost 10 pounds in two weeks so I went to the doctor and begged for anti-nausea meds.  Zofran and Phenergan were my friends.

I found exercise got rid of my nausea while I was working out and for a few hours after!

Only thing that has helped me was getting meds from my doctor, but even that didn’t eliminate the problem completely.

Unisom and b6 works like a charm for me. Went from being sick ALL day to just like 15 minutes.  I take it at night so it helps me sleep too.

@eecuadrado:  The only thing that remotely helped me was eating saltines first thing before I got out of bed.  Then, I’d snack on them throughout the day anytime I felt nausea coming on.  It won’t make it go away but it will ease it a little bit.

Hopefully it will subside soon – the first couple of weeks are killer!

@eecuadrado:  Hopefully not.  I am highly sensitive to hormones and have had issues with BCPs since I started taking them over 10 years ago.  The hormones cause my stomach to over produce acid which in turn makes me violently nauseaus and ill.  When I was hospitalized for the morning sickness they gave me an IV with zantac and that seems to help with the stomach acid production issue.  Low dose pills were a God send for me.  I have heard great things about unisom and B6 from multiple Bees.

@MrsWBS:  I was just going to say that. I would stash a bottle of water and crackers in my room for the mornings. Even though I wasn’t hungry, I would munch on a few crackers before I got out of bed.

@eecuadrado: You’re almost out of the woods!  Around 9 weeks I started feeling a lot better, still nauseous but much improved from the first few weeks.  I’m 18 weeks now and still get nauseous for a few minutes in the morning and a little bit at night but it’s not constant 24/7 nauseau, moreso just comes in quick passing waves.  Hope you feel better soon!
