Our ceremony is also in June. The ideas that I had were to have a tea length gown in hopes that I woudn’t pass out. I also plan to have an updo. I’ve got really thick hair and I can’t imagine wearing it down in June. The groomsmen are going jacketless. They’ll just be wearing vests. We’re also holding our wedding under a bridge in a well shaded area. Can’t ask people you love to sit in the direct sunlight. ๐Ÿ™‚ I hope this helps you even if it’s in a small way. ๐Ÿ™‚

Our wedding is in July and it can be pretty hot in the South of France where it will take place. We are having more of an evening reception (so hopefully, it will be cooler), having a ton of water including just after the church ceremony, the boys will have vests instead of a full suit or tuxedo, we will be handing fans to the ladies and, my favorite part, we are having ice cream for dessert!

I will be wearing my hair up and will be changing in a short linen dress after dinner and dances.
