You look amazing and congrats on your weight loss, I really need to do something like this. My only problem is eating so often…I know I need to eat small meals very often but I work a minimum 9hr day and I get 1 lunch break that is it so I don’t have the time to grab a snack or something while I am at work. I generally eat a sandwich for lunch and then whatever I make for dinner(which I normally eat a lot of). Any advice for something super fast and easy that maybe I could sneak at work?

you look fabulous! that is amazing!!! seeing this makes me even more confident that i can reach my goals…and look as good as you :p

i am currently slimming down too. i am doing insanity. and im seeing awesome results so far. i am doing turbo fire next! its possible to do it! its all about putting your mind to it!

You look fabulous! Congrats on your weight loss! I’m currently trying to lose some weight, and Saturday is my cheat day too. I find that it’s what keeps me sane and motivated throughout the week. When I feel weak, I try to think “only three more days”, and it really helps. You’re story is great motivation.

wow, congrats on your weight loss, you look great and i’m definitely going to follow your  diet and see how it goes. I only need to lose 10 pounds to be at my ideal weight goal so i think that this will help. thanks
