Plan out HOW and WHEN you're going to study. I'm one of those people who stress less once i have a game plan in place. But that's my only advice; sorry =\

So on top of planning this whole wedding thing (coutdown: 82 days), I have comprehensive exams for my graduate program coming up in 8 weeks. They're a BIG deal - people don't generally fail them (don't think anyone did last year), but people say they're really hard, and we need to start studying NOW. I (somehow) got into the top school in my area of interest, which attracts students all over the world. I'm used to doing well in school, but I'm in the lowest quartile of this program. Which is fine, my grades are decent enough, but it makes me REALLY scared of this test. If we fail we can lose our scholarship or even get kicked out of the program.
The stakes have never been so high before. Whenever I start to think about it I feel like I'm on the verge of a panic attack. I'm already working out a good amount and I don't know what else to do to deal with the stress. Does anyone have tips or advice?
