Does this show bug anyone else? It’s on right now and I remembered why I stopped watching it a long time ago. Stacy and Clinton are so preachy and sometimes mean. Another reason I get annoyed is $5,000 isn’t enough to make me trash my entire wardrobe. Ugh! I’m babbling… ha ha.

I agree- they have some good tips….but the whole premisis is just mean to me……esp when they tell people they are on the show…..
“hey huni! ive thought youve looked like a$$ for years! so instead of gently saying something in private….im gonna put you on national tv and make fun of you and your wardrobe while i do it!!! because im such a “good” mom/husband/friend/co-worker/sister/child/random family memeber….”
yeah really rude and some people dont look that horrible (some are obscene (im thinking the yeah im a grannie who takes their grandchild to day care in something a porn star would think is too revealing types)) but most are just frumpy….and not everyone has to dress like they live in new york if i wore half those outfits i wouldnt be able to live my day to day life as a nurse and the rest on the family farm….sorry stacy and clinton $800 pumps and cattle just dont mix
im also extremely cheap when it comes to clothes for day to day wear (refer to above paragraph about lifestyle) let alone spend $150+ on a pair of jeans….if you got the money go for it…..but for the most part people dont have the money sooo its rude to make them feel like a$$ because they dont…

My favorite was the fat white lady with dreadlocks and when they cut them off they weighed 5 lbs!!

@kansas_nurse: I agree. They encourage people to spend quite a bit on clothes.

I joke that my family should put me on that show. I just graduated from college and have lost 20 pounds, so I’m broke and nothing fits! I also have most of my clothes from high school and a phase where I was so into bright colors, but I look childish when I wear them. I desperately need a new wardrobe and would love help! Pretty soon here I am going to go shopping for clothes but honestly my complete wardrobe budget it maybe $500 of that.
