@MissLunchbox:  unsweetened yogurt… DOWN THERe. Also, try to avoid sugar as this is what yeast feeds on, in your diet. don’t wear undies to bed. give yourself some air flow

Over-the-counter Monistat should work as long as it’s a yeast infection and not some other type of bacterial or fungal infection

I do as many as I can! I’m with Love108 too – avoid ALL sugars, even natural ones and avoid tropical fruits because they are high in sugar. You should also avoid foods that contain yeast. I would definitely get on the probiotics (they are good to be on always) as they build up your immune system and help increase your supply of healthy bacteria.
