@kryren:  I would say something like “Hey, cousin! Are you still wanting husband and I to come to wedding in three weeks? We haven’t really heard anything super definite from you lately, and I didn’t want to wedding crash if you’d had to cut the guest list.” That way you’re hinting that invitations should already be out, but you’re not being accusatory or anything.

@kryren:  I would ask, because it’s totally unreasonable to expect someone to cook for the rehersal dinner and not get a wedding invite.
