It is very beautiful.
Truth is, if you don’t want one, you don’t have to have one… Some people will probably look at your hands and assume you’re “just engaged”; personally that would bother me a little, but if you don’t mind that, in no way do you HAVE to get a band as well.
Or you get a band to wear on your left hand and wear this one on your right hand, that way you still have two! 🙂 (just kidding)

I think it’s completly okay just to have one.  I debated for a while if I should get mine (although mine is a solatire and has a matching band).  I actually did a poll on here to help me decide, and some of the bee’s made really good points and I went ahead and ordered it, not i’m excitedly waiting for it to come in.  I think the main reason I got mine was if I didn’t want the big middle stone for everyday tasks(sometimes) or when I have kids…so maybe you could get an eternity band or something else you love, just to have, even if it doesn’t match?  Then you could wear your e-ring on your right hand.  or just swap between the two.

I don’t like the look of stacking a band with my ring, so I’m getting a wedding band to wear by itself.  Some days I may not want to wear my engagement ring, so I can wear my band instead of it, or I can wear one ring on my left hand and the other on my right.

I don’t think you have to have one if you don’t want on. and By The Way, that ring is gorgeous!
