Hi Bees so I have a dilemma.
I purchased Dayle by Maggie Sottero (I don't have any pictures thought because I purchased the dress after the sample was sold and I was only allowed to take pictures once I puchased the dress... so I have no pictures).
My dilemma though...
Do I put a trumpet/mermaid crinoline underneath? I'm worried it might be too flat without it.
I found some pictures of other brides in the dress...
The first one looks to me like there is no crinoline (which I still like) and the second one looks like there is. (But I could also be completely wrong.)
The second picture I can't upload but can be found @ the Maggie Sottero website:

I always vote crinoline! But best suggestion is to wait until the dress comes in and try it on with a crinoline at the store then decide.
i agree with @PuntaCanaBride, try your dress on with and without crinoline to see which way you like it better. plus, by then, you'll be able to take photos of you wearing the dress, so you can better decide which way you want.
Good call. Although... I just found out the bridal store I purchased my dress from does not have a trumpet or mermaid crinoline (I have no idea why). So I would have to purchase it from another bridal store.
I received some feedback from my mom and a close friend at work... and I am starting to think about leaving the dress the way it is. Dress decisions are too difficult...
Wow, the dress looks beautiful on you! It would really depend on the shape you would want the dress to be. Without the crinolin, it still looks to have a slight flare, which looks amazing! But again, it would depend on your personal preference. If you would want a more dramatic mermaid/trumpet style dress then I would say to add the crinoline. Either way, it fits your body like a glove :)
@Gigi03: Oh this is isn't me... it's just a picture I found of a bride in the dress. But thanks for the compliment on the dress anyways and also for your feedback on whether to do the crinoline or not.
I talked to the bridal salon and they told me that they have some other crinolines that I can try on when the dress come in. It might be a little bunchy in the thighs but that way I will get an idea if I want to go the crinoline route or not. Then if I decide to they said they can alter the crinoline to fit exactly how I want it to fit. I'm so happy they told me this. I was getting a little worried and it has definitely put my mind at ease.
Thansk for all the feedback though. Keep it coming! :)
Great! Be sure to post pics, I would love to see how it would look with and without the crinoline.
