What flavors of popcorn do you like?
Where can I get good flavored stuff?

whats that caramel popcorn called that has nuts and stuff in it???? its so good! and I love white cheddar on my popcorn, parmesan cheese too!

There is this specialty popcorn shop near St. Louis: http://thepopcornshoppe.org/ and they sell all kinds of fun flavors!
They have like 34 flavors!!!!
I like cheese flavored popcorn, nutty caramel flavors, and sour cream and onion. Go crazy!

@missfireslayer: Great minds think alike. Maybe it is just because our weddings are over, so we live vicariously through others with our bad ass ideas.
I've had honey popcorn and it was really good! I also had soda flavored popcorn, not so much. I saw curry flavored popcorn and I didn't want to try it, but my friend said it was good.
The thing about popcorn is tastes funny when it's cold. Fresh hot popcorn is always the best!

ketchup popcorn! is there a Kernels in the States? They are all over malls and movie theaters in Canada and they have tons of flavors.
there is a place here called Maw and Paw Kettle Korn and OMG!!! It is awesome. some of my favs are: caramel, Caramel milkchocolate, Chicago corn(sweet spicy), white chedder just to name a few. Here's the website
Caramel popcorn with chocolate and mint drizzle. It sounds AWFUL, but it's the most delicious thing in the world.
Also, garlic salt on normal popcorn. Mmm mmm tasty.
One of the presentations the other day at school had Popcornopolis popcorn. They have caramel corn (DELICIOUS), and cinnamon sugar as well, which I didn't try. I really want to try their white cheddar or poppa parmegiana...mmmm.
I just sprinkled caramel hot chocolate powder on my popcorn and it was pretty good =)
i had this at my wedding and i would love to sell you my leftover popcorn boxes (sorry for the self promotion!)
@FinallyGettingMarried: Where did you get the popcorn maker? I have one at work that I'm sure they would let me borrow. It's big but not as big as that one!

the hotel venue rented the popcorn machine to us
we dont' have a theme - our theme was hodge podge! haha. we just had a hodge podge of stations to keep our guests busy: candy station, kids station (with crafts, arts), popcorn station, juice station, etc.
popcornopolis should pay me to advertise for them! too bad they didn't sponsor my wedding! here is a pix of the close-up of the popcorn table.
i think i'll start a thread soon posting popcorn station photos from my wedding from various views in case other bees need inspirations.
My fave is caramel.
Target has these cute plastic popcorn containers in the dollar section. They have single ones, that are taller and 2 packs of shorter ones. I bought some for our place.

Popcorn, Indiana's kettlecorn is my absolute favorite. Hands down the best I've ever had. They also have tons of different flavors too, most of which I've tried and are quite yummy.

The rental company in my area rents popcorn machines, so we're going to rent one for a late night snack. It's seriously like $30 for the whole evening. I'm going to get a whole bunch of different toppings. FI learned about some sort of powder in his culinary classes that turns flavored oils into a powder (I'll have to ask him what it is when he wakes up), and he's going to make truffle powder for a topping. I'm planning on butter, salt, garlic salt, parmesan cheese, brown sugar, cheese, and whatever else FI dreams up between now and then.

@SoontobeMrsA: Talked to FI, and he said the stuff is called tapioca maltodextrin. It turns fatty substances, like oils, into a powder.
