How are you doing??? I know that we're all anticipating it between now and Thanksgiving. I'm doing TERRIBLE. We have been talking about it (more wedding stuff than engagement) today. We're trying to figure out ideas for caterers, types of food, location, date... all that stuff. And on top of that - we were at my parents' house for dinner tonight and I mentioned that he is going to ask one of my cousins to be one of his groomsmen and my dad made a comment about planning before we're engaged. :) Although Manfriend did mention to him that it will be by Thanksgiving :)

I AM SO EXCITED!!!! Sorry for all the caps lol but I cant wait for the upcoming months until Valentines day!

I have such a nervous/excited/scared/nauseous/excited (did i say that already?) feeling in my tummy and I LOVE it!

I know that I am getting my hope up for this engagement thing to happen by Valentines day but I have a really good feeling it will. I hope im not too disappointed if it doesnt happen lol

I am really excited also and some what nervous that thanksgiving will come and go and nothing. I'll keep my fingers crossed! I am sure he has bought the ring because the money he asked to use (we approve ALL money issues with each other) is out of our account. We will be dating for a full 5 years to the date tomorrow (it's so close I have just been considering it five years already). He awkwardly asked me if we can go to dinner on the 3rd so I thought maybe he plans on doing it tuesday night :) Then I remember that it is November and we always go do dinner around our started dating time. It is still possible I guess but we will see I'm so nervous and excited.

I have thought about the day he proposes for ever now. The other day I started thinking what kind of a reaction would I have then I said overthinking it. Ughh... Overthinking is my WORST ENEMY!

I'm ambivalent I think? I don't think it will happen this year or early next but whenever I say that he has a strange grin.  I REALLY wish I knew when it was coming!!

Awww! I'm excited for all of you. This Thanksgiving will mark one year since FI and I got engaged. He proposed the day after Thanksgiving last year! I was just as nervous/excited/sick-to-my-stomach as you all are! I remember we spent Thanksgiving at his cousin's house and I got to announce our engagement in my thank-you note to her the next week. (: Good luck Ladies!

I'm right with you! I'm trying not to say something but the closer I feel it getting... the more excited I get!!! This will keep me motivated for another day to keep my lips sealed...

At least you have a deadline!  BF won't tell me anything!!  So, although I want it to be before V-day, (or really Christmas,) I have no idea!  I have given up bothering him about it though.  And surprisingly, I'm very relaxed about it!  Good luck :)

@waterprincess, I go from relaxed to insane (depending on if there is a jewelry store that is closing lol)

I like to daydream that it is going to happen over Thanksgiving, because we're taking a trip to NYC.  He asked if there was any place in particular I wanted to go, but then later was like "My friend is coming, is that alright?".  It's honestly not a problem, but totally puts a damper on any obnoxious schmoodling that might have happened.

    Ah well.
