I am about 6 months away from my wedding so I am ordering my save the dates now! I found a cute travel themed STD at magnetstreet.com and an awesome coupon code to go along with it! My photographer offers a courtesy photo of our choice for free for our Save-The-Date Cards. It took a few day for it to be sent to me because they wanted to do a little editing. When I opened the attachment in my email I was taken back a little because I could tell the differences between the original photo that was posted to the blog and the more edited photo!
Here is the photo originally sent to us with all of the other photos (it is a little fuzier since it saved to my computer):
Here is the edited photo:
(Photos the property of Fusion Photography Studio)
All in all I am satified with the photo and indeed will use it on our STD but there’s def a difference in editing for a finished look!

@brittdbradley: they’re both lovely but i prefer the unedited one… the edited one kinda looks like they’re in front of a green screen or photoshopped another a different background. i like how your fiances cheekbones look in the original too! and you look much softer.

I like the original — it’s beautiful. The photoshopped one loses something, in my opinion. I guess it’s that it looks like a magazine photo and therefore more generic… if that makes sense.

@brittdbradley: I like the unedited one better. You lose your fiance’s cheek bone in the edited one!

I prefer the overall look of the edited one, but I don’t like that she altered his face.

I am super in love with the edited one!

@Brideonabudgetlauren: I was about to say that I prefer the edited picture, until you pointed out his cheekbone.
I prefer the unedited picture. The edited pictured is pretty, but too inaccurate.
