I wouldn't say anything until your wedding gets closer. Your plans could change drastically in the next 16 months.
Have people asked you this point blank?? Because that is pretty rude IMO.
I wouldn't say anything. Just send your STDs and the people who aren't invited will figure it out. I think it would be totally awkward (for both sides) to actually say something to someone about it. I would so dread doing that!

You can probably see where I am headed by my title, but I will say it anyways! For people that are friends, but just not the friends that will be invited to the wedding do you think I should tell them prior to sending out the STDs or invites? Is this something you kind of just leave them in the dark about until they ask or until another mutual friend who is invited spills the beans? What have you bees done?
