@lilmissangel03:  I say yes to the veil! It would really complete your look, in my opinion. However, I can’t decide on the length. I love cathedral veils, but the fingertip would look great too.

I personally love the design on the back of your dress, I feel like the veil hides it too much, but that’s just my opinion, I’m also opting for a birdcage veil…

@lilmissangel03:  what about a fingertip veil lined with beads to match your dress. I just saw these on google, but im sure there are even better ones on etsy.

I voted no veil. I don’t think it would look horrible but I find alot of times, veils take away from the back of the wedding dress.

@lilmissangel03:  If you do wear a veil go single length, otherwise you’ll lose all the detail on the back of the bodice. If your wedding is outdoors, don’t wear a veil that’s any longer than your dress, otherwise it will pick up leaves, pine needles, squirrels.

I went from “absolutely no veil” to “OMG I love my full cathedral length veil SO much!”, so I say a definite yes to the veil. 🙂 Or at least try some on with your dress and see how it feels.

@lilmissangel03:  girl, I had a super long veil and I loved it so much that’s what I always recommend for people. There’s something so bridal and regal about them.

Go with a long veil! I was afraid of covering up the back of my dress too because it had this really pretty row of buttons, but the lady I bought my veil from on Etsy talked me into going with a 90″ one (so chapel length). It looked phenomenal–not only could you clearly see the back of my dress, but I just felt so much more…bridal! Try one on with your dress–I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

@lilmissangel03:  I do think the fingertip veils that HappinessIsInDaisies posted are really nice, and the detailing on the edge would look gorgeous. On the other hand, I think a single layer cathedral veil would be amazing with your dress – and then after the ceremony you could take it off and bustle your dress and put some sort of fascinator in your hair for the reception!!

@lilmissangel03:  Single-layer cathedral veil.  Double-layer definitely hides the detail on your dress too much!! Single-layer allows more to be seen, and cathedral length means the edging would be farther from the detail, allowing more to be seen. 🙂
