I am still trying to decide if I want a veil or not.  I’m leaning towards no veil, but I found this lovely veil on Craigslist for only $15 that’s never been worn. I’m taking a look at it tomorrow in person. I’ll probably get it, and then rip it apart to use the flowers for a custom fascinator if I don’t use it as a veil…

I wore a veil for our first look, pre-ceremony pics, and during the ceremony.  Then I took it off for the reception.

I was pretty set on going without a veil. Then when I found THE dress, the consultant put a mantilla veil on me. It went perfect with the dress. So now I have a veil and want the ceremony to go longer than the originally planned 20 minutes just so that I can wear my veil longer.

I was adament I didn’t want a veil….until the assistant asked me to humour her!  She put a gorgeous fingertip veil covered in swarovski crystals on me and it just finished my dress and my whole look.  I’ve got a white hairflower for my reception when I take my veil off!x

I wore my mom’s veil – we had it restored and I was more excited about it than my dress I think!
