Are you or have you worn your engagement ring during the ceremony?
I have heard different things from different people. Some say they wore their engagement ring on their right hand and put it on after the ceremony. Some wear their engagement ring and put the band over it during the ceremony and switch afterwards.
What to do?

I wore my ering on my right hand and swtiched it over to my left after we exchanged rings.
When I was MOH for my sister, I wore her ring during the ceremony and gave it back to her afterwards.

I actually planned to wear my Ering on my right hand during the ceremony, then to switch it over after we exchanged wedding bands.
But…then DH bought me my "something blue" (a gorgeous london blue topaz ring) which I wore on my Right hand.
But, no worries! I just wore my Ering on my left hand ring finger, then DH slid my wedding band over it when we said our vows.
You can really do whatever you are comfortable with. Note: I also considered having my MOH wear it during our ceremony, but she was SOOO pregnant (had her baby the next day) that her fingers were WAY too swollen. 🙂

Well, i broke my finger abuot 8 years ago so it is NOT the same size as my left! My E-ring will NOT fit. I have a lovely blue topaz I think I will still wear though. My parents gave it to me a few years ago and it’s just gorgeous! So I think I will have my MOH hold my engagement ring for me. And then my FI will slip the larger, top wedding band on my finger. I have two wedding bands–the close one, then my e-ring, then the top one, which has to be stretched out because of the thickness of my fingers. When the ceremony is over, we’ll put the rings on in their specific order. I don’t plan on giving up my ring until literally right before i walk down the aisle though. I want pictures of me in it!
And wow, talk about lucky timing with that baby! Nothing says crazy like going into labor during a ceremony =]

I am planning on wearing my engagement ring on my left finger forever. The day of our wedding, my fiance will slip our wedding bands next to my engagement ring.

I am wearing my E-ring on my left hand, and we are adding my band to my E-ring too. I onlt take my e-ring off when I shower, I love it!!!

I’m wearing the e-ring on my left hand and then just switching the order after the ceremony. It doesn’t fit on my right hand (I may be able to get it on, but getting it off would be a whooooooole ‘nother ballgame) and I’d be too nervous to hand it over to my sister, the MOH (I lost it once and I don’t need a repeat)! I’ve seen quite a few people these past two days wearing their e-ring on the bottom though. I personally don’t really like how my rings to together like that so I won’t be keeping mine that way.
