Not sure if toasting flutes are too traditional. But that would descirbe us as a couple. Our theme is peacock feathers and our colors are teal and ivory. Bridesmaids are wearing teal dresses and my bouquet and all centerpieces are going to be peacock feathers.
I figured getting a pair of flutes would be a nice idea and then we could toast each other on our anniversary every year. He is sentimental like that. 🙂
I saw these and flipped….what do you think?

@DeaconBride: I think that they are pretty. If you like them go for it. Do you mind that they don’t exactly match your colors?

There are green and blue stones on there. I see what you mean about the blue glass, but I don’t think it will be a problem.

I think they are pretty and definitely peacock, but I think I would like them better with clear glass and just the colored stones in the stem. Are they offered that way or just with the blue glass?

I really like them! but I’m not sure I’d spend >125 for toasting flutes unless I had a really good place to display them after the wedding. If you want them and you think the cost is justified then go for it.

I don’t think it really matters honestly. As far as matching goes. They are your glasses on the table, no one will care if they match. If you really flipped and love them, get them! 🙂 I had peacock feathers too – Yay!

I’m usually not a fan of traditional toasting flutes, but those are adorable! I think they’re very pretty, and you could use them in the future.

Thanks everyone. There are only a few things that I am splurging on.
@PaperCrane – I won’t tell what our cake topper will cost. LOL It is our #1 splurge.
@ DainelleZara – LOVE the peacock feathers!!
FutureKMM – I would love clear glass too, but they only come this way. I was not even going to buy flutes, until I saw these. Thought they were unique.

I think the flutes are very pretty, and I like how they make a heart in the negative space between the peacocks 🙂
