I feel like I am on an emotional rollercoaster lately.
So for those of you who have been listening to me vent over the home buying process (thanks by the way) we signed the P&S today! Yay, so I'm excited. And then FI who is self employed found out that two major project that would run from the middle of March- May and would be a good profit, just fell through. They gave it to another guy at the last minute. It's like as soon as I feel like we are doing well and start to get excited something happens. I know being self employed in the market is extremely hard so I'm hanging on tight. But there is definetly a lot of tension today on a day that was supposed to be exciting.
