Wow. What a big day! I'll be praying for your FI today and that everything works out the way it's supposed to!

URGH... sad to say that the case won't be heard today.
She didn't even bother to show up... which would be fine. But they couldn't find her lawyer (was in the building minutes earlier but disappeared), so there's a delay. He will have to go back to court within 30 days and take ANOTHER day off of work to deal with this.
It breaks my heart. He's tried so hard to be a good dad without a dime from her. I think she's seen them 10 days MAX since June 1st and she's only an hour away.
Just need some peace of mind... and stability for the boys. 
I understand completely. I'm doing the same thing with my son except I was given custody right off the bat because his dad never took me to court. But his dad has only seen him once since April 1st. It's really really sad. I know it hurts my son because he asks about it from time to time but he knows he's loved.

Hi ladies. My fiance is going to court today requesting full custody of his two boys. He has been doing it all alone for 4 years with no assistance from their mom. Just trying to make it legal. Just needing some prayers and good thoughts.
