(Closed) Tofu: healthy for both Men and Women?

Tofu has soy in it and it can increase your estrogen levels. But from what I know, you have to eat a TON of it for it to have an adverse effect on you. I think it’s delicious when you cook it right. You can also blend the super soft kind into a smoothie!

J’s super fitness cousin (a professional Ironman triathlete) doesn’t eat tofu, or other soy products, for the reason @ejs4y8: mentioned.  I think that’s a little over the top.  I think the stuff is delicious and J likes it as well.  Maybe just don’t have it for every meal.  😉
