I love how you told everyone even if they didn’t get it. Very cool ideas. We are telling our parents this Wednesday.  My mom is flying in from out of state. The hard part is going to be waiting. I will spend all day with her and then DH and I are taking her and the in-laws to dinner. After dinner we will come back to our house where I have two gfit bags with baby bibs in them that say grandmas are sent from heaven. I’ll let you know how they do 🙂

Yay!! I’m glad everyone was happy for you. Don’t feel bad if you wanted more of a reation from your MIL or FIL, some ppl just respond differently. Congrats anyway Mama!

Cute ideas. We just came out and told our families ’cause a) DH was too impatient and I didn’t have time to come up with any cute ideas and b) We probably would have had to explain anyway. 🙂

This is really cute! I know what you mean about people not getting it though. My younger brother was in a terrible car accident and was still in the hospital when we had planned on telling siblings (He’s okay now. Still not 100%, but will be eventually). We decided to go through with it since we figured everyone needed something happy. We got him a lettle onsie that said “Tough like my Uncle”. We wrapped it up and gave it to my brother who was in the hospital. He loved it and got it right away. Later on we told my older brother by showing him a picture of the gift we gave my younger brother. He did not get it. He literally thought we had got a onsie for my brother to wear. He was super confused and asked why we though he would want a onsie. I finally had to tell him I am pregnant and he was super excited and felt like an idiot for thinking we had given my 18 year old brother an adult onsie.
