@cestvrai:  I didn’t have those ones, but I had the bridal Toms wedges.  THey were pretty comfortable but I will say that after having my feet hurting so bad from the heels I wore for pictures and the ceremony, I would have preferred flats as even the wedges made them hurt more after a point.  I ended up going barefoot halfway through the reception.

@cestvrai:  Agree!  I didn’t want to go barefoot either but my feet hurt VERY bad.  When people say to break in your shoes, they are not kidding!I was so worried about my heels falling off walking down the aisle (they kept slipping off my heels) that we took some matching ribbon and literally tied them to my feet!  It worked great!!!  However, that meant I couldn’t slip the heels on and off at all from the time they went on till the time of the reception.  My feet were KILLING me.  So when I put on the Tom’s wedges, it definitely felt better at first, but my feet hurt so bad that even those eventually hurt.  Make sure you break in your shoes!!!!  One of my mistakes.

@cestvrai:  I have the non-strappy toms wedges & wear them all the time, love them!

For my reception shoes, I went for Seychelles wedges. Need to start breaking these bad boys in!

I was thinking of Tom’s wedges for the gap we have between the ceremony and reception, too. I’d definitely appreciate hearing from others if that worked for them!

I and my sister have those. I think they are very comfortable. I wear the black ones for teaching and they have never hurt my feet.

I’m having the same shoe dilemma. Those white ones are very cute!
