I’d love to lose 50ish pounds overall, but am taking it slow and steady. I’d be overjoyed to lose even 15-20 before the wedding!

I started watching their show the other day ! 🙂
I’m just getting back into taking better care of my body like eating better and smaller portions … I just went back to the gym today for the first time ! and idk why i stayed away for so long it felt great and I want to go everyday i’m so motivated right now!!!
I need to get healthy bc I’m TTC and i’m planning a wedding for mid to late May 2014 so I really need to get into shape … I’m 158 pounds 5’4 1/2 and need to lose about 30 pounds and tone up ! I wear a size 8-10 right now I want to go back to a size 4-6 ..
first time on the fitness board so idk what HW,CW, and GW mean 🙁 sorry
