Does any one follow the tone it up workout plans? I’m not taking about the paid for diet plan, just their workout plans. Their site it really confusing to find workouts but it seems like they have a good program going. I got a personal trainer for. Couple of weeks so show me the ropes but at my gym they keep you in the personal training room only, so I’ve learne some good ab stuff fTom him but nothing else I can do without him and can’t afford to always workout with him. If not tone it up, what schedule do you follow? I’m not looking at losing weight, just gaining muscle and tone

the workout are fine but i prefer Blogilates actually. Her workouts are more instense and she talks to you alot to keep you going. go onto their youtube channel and you can find most of them or just search on youtube.
Dont waste money like i did on the nutrition plan. Their “plan” is actually not feasible for people with busy lives. Hell no i am not working out twice a day for weeks on end!

I like their workouts, but like you said I don’t follow the plan bc working out twice a day for a long period of time is not feasible! Also I dislike how they are trying to be sexier these days. They are always posing seductively in swimsuits and it annoys me.
