(Closed) Tone without losing weight

Any kind of yoga/pilates would be a GREAT way to tone without necessarily losing weight.  You could find a video that you like and do about 10-15 minutes per day…just a thought!

I second pilates.  The only thing is, if you tone up enough, you clothes might not fit as well because you could loose inches without losing any weight.

the one issue would be that if there is still fat on your muscles (I don’t know you, so maybe there isn’t any!), the tone ends up being under the muscles and you can’t see it……
