Sounds like the warranty was a good investment! Glad they're able to fix it for you :)
@Blueshoes2: She was a little worried because the scratch was pretty deep, but she seemed confident it could be repaired easily. She said it wasn't damaging the integrity of the ring, it was just annoying, visually. Hopefully it'll look nice next week!
I've only had mine since February and already bent a prong really bad =( thank goodness for our warranty too! lol

As I was packing today, I bashed my rings on the marble bar, leaving a beautiful, deep scratch in my engagement ring band.

I took it to Zales and they sent it off to be fixed, and are re-dipping it, and my wedding band, which I did NOT purchase there, for free. And for a $10 rush fee, I will have it back next week!
