I think it’s definitely casual, but anything can be fancied up with hair and etc.  If you like the way it looks on you, then go for it!

sash would make it dressier, but I like it, where you getting married. I get a boho sheek feel from it. 😀

It looks floaty and boho. Perfect for your venue in my opinion & like pp said it can be prettied up with the right jewellery & a cute belt.

I really like it! I love the back. If casual is what you are going for it is perfect. Where are you getting married? Is it a casual wedding over all?

@katbarn:  The back of that dress is very sexy! Might be a little too sexy…looks like one tug of that string and you’d be naked. I’m sure your groom would love it for that reason!

PS – I looooove that your ‘venue’ is a tree. 🙂

@katbarn:  No way you could do a sash or belt with that back – it wouldn’t look right at all. Love a big chunky necklace like the pic, or a nice hairpiece.

If you want a sash I would alter the back so the straps come straight down and are attavhed to the dress..without the loops and bow.

 

I love the dress as is or with a sash for your venue!
