Do any of you bees feel like you have too many hobbies?
I am very crafty and musical and have several craft hobbies as well as at Christmas I took up learning the piano.
Well I have grown of the piano right now and moved onto again one of my other hobbies.
I feel bad cause I feel like I am always cycling through hobbies.
Anyone else feel like this?

@missjewels: I wish I had time to get back into the hobbies I once enjoyed. I used to love scrapbooking and loom knitting, but I just don’t have the time any more.
I would love to learn how to play the piano, too!

hmmm, yes and no.
I tend to dabble. Usually to the point where I am pretty good at something, much better than the average bear, but not a master of it. Then I’m happy with that and I focus elsewhere. There’s only a few things I know the inside and out of like the back of my hand.
But… is this bad?
This is life, this is enjoying the riches of the world put before us. Life is short. Too short for only a few hobbies.

@missjewels: I used to have heaps of hobbies going at the same time including music, art, writing, reading and more… now I try sticking to just a few because I decided I didn’t want to be “jack of all trades, master of none”. I’d rather spend my free time perfecting a few things than be mediocre at lots of things.
But then that’s just for me. It depends how much time you have to spend on each hobby. Do what makes you happy 🙂
