I need some advice. Several weeks ago at saks I found the most beautiful lace Valentino shoes (yes I am planning on wearing black shoes to match my bridesmaids). More recently, I think I found the dress (will be trying it on this weekend). Unfortuantely, it also happens to be lacy. I am usually not matchy matchy, but is this too much? I love both and I feel that I may be biased so I wanted to see what everyone else thought.

Too much lace? IMPOSSIBLE.
Your dress is absolutely amazing! And I wore black shoes too, so obviously I think it’s ok.

I didn’t think there was such a thing!! At least in my eyes. I LOVE the shoes and say GO FOR IT!

Gosh. Love them both! Who makes that fantastical dress?!

The dress is Pronovias Pergola. Thanks for your input!

You won’t even see the shoes for the most part with that dress and I totally agree with @risingsun that too much lace is (almost) impossible 🙂 They both rock!

I love it!!! I’m wearing lace shoes and a lace dress as well… so I’m biased.

The lace on the dress and shoes are both very soft and delicate looking so should look great together.

I think it is perfect, but I bought extremely similar shooes in red from JustFab for my wedding. Didn’t know they were a knock off. LOL oh well.
