    I think it totally depends on the style of the dress and overall look. Do you have any pics you could share? I am a 39 year old bride!

    I agree with @deefirecracker:  It depends.  Not only the style of the dress matters but also the look of the bride.  In general, overall, IMO it is not flattering at all when a middle aged woman is wearing clothing that is obviously from the juniors dept.  It makes them look like they are in denial or trying too hard.  And, IMO it makes them look even older.  But, when it comes to wedding dresses, we’d just need to see the dress and the bride.    

    ETA:  I’m 45.
