p o s i t i v e!!

What do I do now??
No amount of research, talking to pregnant friends, or babysitting could have ever prepared me for this overwhelming feeling of "holy sh*t"
The hubby is beyond excited, as am I. Now what to do, though! I already told my sister (and swore her to secrecy till I confirm)
Should I surprise my family at Christmas with the news?
Is it wrong that my main concern is names and finding the perfect furniture? LOL.
BTW, I must be a month pregnant and I haven't had a single negative symptom... is this a good sign or wishful thinking?
Aww yay! Congratulatiosn to you and your husband, what a blessing :)
Praying for a safe and wonderful first tri-mester!
Congratulations! That is so great! just relax and take it all step by step. Enjoy your pregnancy, it is truly a blessing! <3
Congrats!
I wouldn't start talking about no symptoms yet. lol. You just totally jinxed yourself.
@zippylef: Haha, I thought the same thing so I knocked on some wood right after I typed!
And THANKS everyone! It feels really wonderful to hear a bunch of congrats and be able to get this secret out!! I am thankful for the well wishes and prayers - a baby is such a blessing and I wasn't sure if we were ready, so I put my faith in God and he must know we are ready for this experience :)
Congrats! That's very exciting! I know when I get that point I will be all about picking names and shopping for the baby's room, so I totally think that's understandable reaction.
Hope you have a healthy pregnancy.
Congratulations!!!! They "Holy Sh*t" reaction was ours too, even though we were trying. It's still nerve-wracking for sure! lol. Very exciting news!!
That is wonderful, congratulations!! The yuckiness doesn't tend to start until around 6 weeks, but hopefully you will be one of the lucky few who don't experience it!
Congratulations. Come to the Hot July Mommies board you can share you experiences there. I am 6 weeks and I completly understand the holy $hit moment. Even if you are trying for months. Nothing will prepare you to really see that "pregnant" sign on a digital test.
@miss.skinner: and @chrispygal: I am sooo glad some other couples felt this same way, LOL. Yeah, even though we were trying, that moment where all you see is "pregnant" and you're looking for the "not" that has always preceeded it, your heart does a triple flip followed by a moment of silence. I saved the test (in a ziplock), also... creepy much??
And THANK YOU everyone!! It's very very hard to keep this secret... not sure if I can wait to see my mom in person. I already tried to call her, but she didn't answer. Maybe that's a sign to wait it out?
Ahhh, either way!! :D
Congratulations - I can't even imagine how seeing that PREGNANT sign must feel. Well done!!!
Congratulations, Hope you stay symptom free, but generally symptoms kick in at week 5 or 6.
Congratulations! Just got my BFP yesterday too :o)
It's much more fun to tell people in person!
