Talk to your jeweler about putting beads in the shank it helps with the spinning without sizing down the ring. Are either of your ring the Euro shanks?
My ring is also top-heavy (love her!) and my rings spins much less after having her sized properly (I had to go down a whole size).
If your ring doesn't need to be re-sized, I second the idea of having little cleats added to the inside bottom of your ring. I have heard that it while it will initially make your ring feel different, that it will all but eliminate the spinning.

For those of you who have euro shank e-rings, how does a regular wedding band fit with it? Does it feel okay, or would you rather have both be squared off at the bottom? My e-ring spins a ton (especially now that it's getting chillier outside) and I'm thinking about having it squared off, but my wedding ring is round, and I don't want to change it.
