Has anyone found a good way to keep their e-ring from spinning? Mine is a very chunky design, and the stone is large, so it’s quite top-heavy. I am one of those women with larger knuckles, and smaller fingers—so it has to be big to get over the knuckle, but then drives me nuts spinning around.
The only solutions I’ve seen are cletes (the little dabs of metal inside the band), european shank, and adjustable shanks. I’ve discussed with our jeweler, and none of these really seem like they’ll work. Seems like what I really need is something to insert/wrap around the back of the band AFTER it’s on my finger.

Mine does the exact same thing. It doesn’t really bother me though – I sit and twirl it, heh. But they do make these little plastic things that go on the back, they have a slit down one side so that they can be put on while you have the ring on.

My ring was very top heavy, still is and I have very small fingers, so my diamond broker put the metal balls on the inside of my band, it helps out sooo much, although now it is hard to get off my knuckle, but I feel that that is safer and I won’t be tempted to take it off to wash or lotion my hands when I ‘m out. You don’t want to be able to twirl your ring!
