I think it depends a lot on the feel of your wedding, bridesmaids dresses, any themes, type of wedding, and most of all YOUR TASTE! Ask some friends who have known you forever too. I think for me, I lik ethe floral applique one best, because I'm not really a glitzy gal.
Personally, I LOVE the applique one. BUT, you should go with your heart and get the one that makes you happiest!
I love the second dress.
But, I also agree with the other posters. It really depends on what you love and goes with your style. Plus, have you tried them on? (just to make sure your shape looks beautiful too..kind of stuff)
I voted for the Watters dress...simply love it, but I selected it because it is closer to my style. I agree with the other posters that you need to select the dress that best represents you and your personal style (and also the look you are going for on your wedding day).
I think a lot of people are being unfairly influenced by the shabby chic everything you see all day long. If you already own the Allure dress, then you obviously bought it because you looked fab in it and it fits your style.
I know I second guessed myself because I thought I needed a formal A-line dress because that's the stereotyically "bride" look. But once I was able to talk to my friends and even my FI, I realized that the mainstream is just not me and I ended up buying something that is a lot more relaxed.
If you are going for a church/night reception wedding, then I say the Allure is a great choice. If you are getting married on the beach or in a garden, then I would argue the Watters is more fitting.
I've tried both on. I think the Watters gown is a little more flattering, but I haven't had the Allure gown fitted yet. The thing with the Watters gown is that it fits like a glove without any alterations. <--- Is that fate?! The Allure gown is heavier due to all the beading, but I like the longer train. I've never been fussy, but I just loved the dazzle of the Allure. The Watters seems more "me though. Argh! This is so hard!
As for the wedding, it's a church wedding & evening reception. It will be on the more formal side, with the bridesmaids wearing full length dresses (probably black).
Oh my gosh, I love the second one for sure. If it's not too much effort or money to re-sell the other and get it, I think you should go for it!
I like the Torreon best. I think it's classic but different with the floral on it.
I didn't get a chance to try on the Torrean when I was dress shopping, but I really love the way that it looks. I voted for the Allure gown because I think that it is equally as beautiful and glamorous (plus, you own it)!!!
It is normal to see other dresses and wonder if they would look better, but I would stick with your original choice! :)
Ooops? I didn't know which was which and thought the first pic was the first choice, but I think it was the opposite? Wait, maybe I was right? AhhH! I like the beaded one.
How do the dresses feel? What do you like? Which is more flattering on you? Which one makes you feel like a bride?
I like the Watters dress much better than the Allure. Like the others have said, you should keep in mind the venue and overall feel of your wedding, because these are two very different dresses. To me, the Allure dress says glitzy indoor wedding while the Watters says romantic outdoors wedding.
Personally I like the Watters better, but I think it definitely depends on your own personal style and the vibe of your wedding.
I personally prefer the Watters, but in your situation, based on your cause of dilemma, I think you should go with what you see yourself in, and I think that since you already bought the Allure AND STILL LOVE that dress, I'd say you got it for a reason and 2nd guessing yourself is common and you should just really stop looking at dresses. I was torn between two very different dresses, too, but in the end, I picked the one that was more "me", the one that I'd envisions myself as a bride in.
GL!
I'm having a romantic outdoor wedding and loved the Watters for that very reason, but it looked terrible on me when I tried it on - the midsection being the only part without the flowers made it stick out like a sore thumb. I'm sure you look better than I did, though

I already own the allure gown, but saw the torreon when I was shopping for bridesmaids dresses. I fell IN LOVE with this dress. It gives a beautiful hourglass shape and I loved the floral applique over the lace. I love the allure for the amazing beadwork and long train, it also makes the waist look tiny. I love them both, but they're so different.
