We’re going to have guests toss pompoms at us as we head back up the aisle in marital bliss. But… I’m not sure how to give them to guests for tossing. We don’t have chairs that will allow for us to hang them off the back/sides… so what’s the best way to go? Little bags? Fiance is worried that people will have to hold them the whole ceremony, but then he’s used to long Catholic ceremonies and ours will be short and sweet.
Thanks for any opinions!

I would try to choose something that was connected to the theme/decor of the wedding.

I like doing something like this…

Along the same lines as KoiKove: You could also put them in a basket/baskets with a sign (if you didn’t want to place them on the chairs ahead of time) or have someone hand them out to guests as they arrive. I’m planning on having my niece do something similar with either our tears of joy packets or programs as a way to involve her in the ceremony.

They can hold them during the ceremony or put them on the ground. I’d probably put a basket next to the entrance to the ceremony.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I found some favor boxes (they are like little paper baskets with handles). They’re 12 for $1 at the dollar store! I don’t think I’d use them for actual favors (they’re a bit flimsy), but they hold our tiny poms just fine. And you can’t beat the price! With a little ribbon or perhaps a stamp to decorate them a bit, they’ll be great.
