When I was a kid that was very common, but I think that it would so cool and make for some super cool pics.
I've seen it done and it's not weird at all. It was common in old movies because that was the most traditional way of tossing the bouquet.
An aunt of mine did that but not on purpose... they forgot to toss the bouquet and as she was leaving someone handed it to her and she threw it over her shoulder into the crowd before she stepped into the limo... I have pictures somewhere. I think it's a neat idea if your not doing a garter toss! I might do this as well if my guests stay till the end. =D

I seem to remember some old movies where the bride tossed the bouquet while they were leaving, just before she got in the car. Anyone ever seen this? Or am I crazy? :)
