We’re absolutly not going over $15,000.  Our current budget is a smidge over $13,000 and if we can keep it right around there we’ll be deleriosly happy.  It’s a challange given that my FI says he wants the wedding as cheap as possible, but then he’ll turn around and say something is a ‘must have’ without actually knowing how much it costs. For once I’m one who’s watching the bottom line!

I’m thinking around $13,000. I haven’t really kept track that well of what I’ve spent of my own personal funds.

$30,000 – we’re having 160 guests and paying for everything but the flowers (my mother is a florist) ourselves.

We’ve had to seriously bust-ass to make and save all of that money but we’re almost there! I think 90% of everything will be paid in cash, the rest on credit.

If we get any monetary gifts then that will just be bonus! We were really adament about not going into debt at the start of our marriage so we budgeted what we could afford.

Ours is roughly 8,500 including the honeymoon. This also including everything that my FMIL, Mom, and Grandma have pitched in with. 🙂

Looking like it will be about $28,000 right now. Not including honeymoon, dress, rehearsal dinner, or rings.

Ours is around $16,000 but FI’s parents are paying for alcohol, with that included it’s closer to $20k not including the honeymoon.

When I think about all of the money we could have saved if we eloped I die a little inside. Hahaha!

$55k is planned, but I would not be surprised if it went a little over budget.

Every couple of weeks I think about eloping though and saving that money! It doesn’t help that where I live, my vendors talk to me like that’s a tight-budget wedding.

@PromiseRooster:  I know the feeling. I live close to NYC.. Everything is too expensive. I get so jealous when I hear what people pay in other areas!

Ours is going to be around the same price

@RubyStar:  Ugh yes, I live in a nice area in Southern California with my family and I’m about to move to NYC. Prices are ridiculous and if you talk about it, people who don’t live there think you’re rich and insane for spending so much and people who do live there think you’re cheap!
