I’m sorry that happened to you. Can you cancel your order and go elsewhere?

How crappy, sorry that had to happen to you. I agree customer service is #1 and it just seems to be getting worse and worse everywhere.

@disappointment:  I’m so sorry that sucks! Expecially when you are so excited about something, I hope they do what’s right here!

Tell them you expect the 2 day shipping fee to be refunded.  I think that it’s pretty awful that you can’t even talk to someone on the phone.  I’m not in the market for a moissanite ring, but if I was, your story would certainly give me pause.

@disappointment:  I say you report them to the BBB. This is unacceptable. It is their mistake to recover the mis-shipped ring and they should be in the process of producing a new one for you and overnighting shipping (waived) to you.

Shipping to the wrong address is indeed something they should have contacted you about immediately, but I would take a deep breath and know that it will all work out alright. You WILL get your ring, it WILL be gorgeous, and hopefully you’ll be able to let go of this negative experience.

As for pave stones (if indeed that is what you have on your ring), no matter where you get it from, pave is likely to fall out over time and stone will need to be replaced, that is the nature of the beast, and EVERY store/company has shipped jewelry to customers where stones falll out, mistakes do get made. Should the company correct them immediately and at no cost to the customer? Absolutely!

Anyway, I so sorry this  has happpened, please do keep us updated on how your situation progresses and their future responses. My experiences with MCo have been *okay*, not amazing and not bad. So far in my experience it seems the two best places for outstanding customer service are Amcor and Schubachs, both of whom work with moissanite and can get a hold of any of the settings that MCo has. 🙂

So sorry you are going through this. With major purchases like this I only deal with business I can reach by phone or in person, pefer in PERSON only, there are so many local companies in everyone’s area to buy goods from. Online isn’t alwasy the way to go for this very reason. Hopefully they refund you the 2 day fed-ex shipping fee you paid extra for and maybe sometype of credit for a pair of earrings or something.
