Tower23 -in Pacific Beach - anyone been there?

    Has anyone been to or had a wedding at Tower23...it loooks like a modern botique hotel right on the boardwalk of Pacific Beach.
    I was wondering if anyone has any info on this venue? There appears to be a rooftop pool/deck and an indoor/outdoor bar/lounge as well as a restaurant.

    Im wondering if this space could accomodate a party of 200.
